Bwindi impenetrable forest national park is in the southwestern part of Uganda . Composed of 321km of both lowland and montane forest. Its is accessible only on foot.
The park contains 120 mammal species more than any of the Uganda national parks although sightings are less common because of the dense forest but on a luck day , a visitor can see forest elephants, 11 primate species including chimpanzees, L’Hoest monkeys, African golden cat and the rare giant forest hog.
The Serengeti National Park is a large national park in northern Tanzania that stretches over 14,763 km2 (5,700 sq mi). It is located in eastern Mara Region and northeastern Simiyu Region and contains over 1.5 million ha (3.7 million acres) of virgin savanna. The park was established in 1940.
Serengeti National Park forms a Lion Conservation Unit since 2005 together with Maasai Mara National Reserve. More than 3,000 lions live in this ecosystem. The population density of the African leopard is estimated at 5.41 individuals per 100 km2 (14.0 per 100 sq miles) in the dry season.
African bush elephant herds recovered from a population low in the 1980s caused by poaching, and numbered over 5,000 individuals by 2014. The African buffalo population declined between 1976 and 1996 due to poaching, but increased to 28,524 individuals by 2008.
he Eastern black rhinoceros population was reduced to about 10 individuals in the 1980s due to poaching, and fewer than 70 individuals survive in the park today. Rhinos mostly browse on grasses, woody Indigofera, Acacia and Crotalaria forbs and shrubs.

Day 1: Arrival
On arrival at Kigali international airport, our experienced driver guide welcomes you. Briefing about the whole trip and then transfers you to the hotel. Have dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
The guide picks you up from the hotel after morning breakfast. He transfers you to Bwindi impenetrable Forest National Park, the great home of mountain gorillas. Drive to southwestern Uganda, passing several mountains, enjoying the beautiful views of the scenery and the amazing people along the way.

Day 3: Gorilla trekking and Batwa community tour
Just after breakfast, proceed to the park headquarters for a simple briefing about gorilla trekking from the local park rangers. He will briefly take you through the guidelines of gorilla trekking, divide you into groups of eight trekkers and then hit the forest. The time for trekking the gorillas is unpredictable, it takes about 2 to 6 hours, depending on the movement and location of the gorillas.
Trekking can sometimes be hectic, but on the glimpse of the gorillas, it all becomes worth. Spend an hour in close proximity with the apes, watching them feed, play and carry on their daily lives.
In the afternoon after lunch, enjoy a cultural treat with the Batwa pygmies. You will be entertained by the traditional performances, taste the local cuisines and have personal interactions with the forest people. You can buy hand craft souvenirs for remembrance.

Day 4: Travel back to Kigali and fly to Arusha
Early morning, have breakfast and travel back to Kigali to catch up with your flight to Arusha. In Arusha you will be welcomed by our experienced Tanzanian safari guide who will transfer you to a hotel where you will have dinner and spend the night.

Day 5: Transfer to Serengeti National Park
Have breakfast at the lodge and start the journey to Serengeti National Park (5-6 hours). Drive at your convenience, having several stopovers at places of interest for pictures and enjoying the beautiful views of the golden landscape. Arrival is in the evening for dinner.
Alternatively, you can undertake an evening game drive to admire the beautiful sunset of Serengeti and view numerous herds of big mammals returning to their hideouts.

Day 6: Full day game drive
Today you enjoy a full day game drive in Serengeti national park. Sights of almost every wildlife species is guaranteed; the lions, buffaloes, cheetahs, elephants, rhinos, gazelles, wildebeests, warthogs, antelopes, zebras, giraffes and so many others.
Lunch will be in the wild after which you will head to the migration trail to view the great wildebeest migration to see thousands of animals move from one place to the other in search of food and water. In the evening you will drive to the Maasai community to have a cultural encounter with the Maasai people. It’s worth an evening.
