Pien Upe game reserve in Uganda , is the largest reserve covering about 2420km2, the reserve was gazetted in 1958 covering four regions in Uganda such as Sebei region, Teso, Karamoja and Bugisu region. It expands up to nine districts in Uganda such as Nakapiripirit,Moroto,Katakwi, Napak,Amudat,Kumi among other districts.
The reserve has the unique animals species such as roan antelope, cheetah, ostrich, white eared kob, Jackson hartebeests among others. It features a mix of savannah,woodland and rocky out crops that provides a variety of habitats for wildlife. The reserve provides a true wilderness experience.
